CIA is short for "Changes in Altitudes" a Beneteau First 40.7 racing boat owned by Russ Chandler and Peter Charczenko and housed at Harbor Island West Marina on the west end of Harbor Island (slip 114) in San Diego. CIA is part of the Southern California Beneteau 40.7 class.. This website contains information about the boat, photos of past races, the racing crew, and upcoming schedule.
