CIA returned to One Design racing in San Diego with the help of Chris Bennett and the crew from the 42s7 Beneteau, Maleficent.   We were joined on the line for three races off shore with Drumshanbo, French Toast, and Wiki Wiki.  Much French was spoken and much progress was made as we were able to get off to great starts on two of the three races.  We were leading in race 2 until we were fouled by Wiki Wiki near the upwind mark.  Although we finished fourth in all three races, we were competitive and the crew did a fantastic job on an unfamiliar boat that had not been raced in more than 18 months.
